Gas prices on the Ethereum network hit a low in 2023, averaging 8 Gwei, as activity from both DeFi and NFTs decreased significantly. The drop in gas prices has caused the Ethereum coin burning system to decrease as well. Until now, the Ethereum coin has an inflation rate of 0.44%.
