How to deposit THB using bank transfer?

Before you can deposit THB to your wallet, you must add your bank account first.

1. Log in to your XSpring Digital account

2. Tap on the 'Wallet' icon on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen and you will be directed to the 'Wallet' page

3. Tap 'Deposit'

4. Select 'THB'

5. Select 'Bank transfer'

6. Enter the amount you want to deposit and tap 'Deposit'

7. Confirmation preview page will appear, please check the deposit details and tap 'Confirm'

8. Your deposit request has been created, please transfer money to the bank account displayed.

9. Upload the proof of payment and tap 'Submit'

Note:

• Please complete the transaction and upload proof of payment within 24 hours
• The file must be jpg, jpeg, or png with the maximum file size of 4 MB.

Your deposit request has been submitted. The review process usually takes 1 minute - 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your deposit request has been successfully processed.

• If you transferred an incorrect amount or made the payment but did not upload proof of payment within 24 hours, please contact our customer service to make necessary adjustments to your wallet balance
