Sansiri Public Company Limited has received a corporate credit rating from TRIS Rating Company Limited with a BBB+ (Trible B Plus), reflecting their ability as one of Thailand’s leading Real Estate developers and maintaining a strong market position in the Real Estate industry.
Asset-backed investment token issued by SPV 77 Company Limited with the objective of raising funds of 2,400,000,000 Baht, where the source of income stream or the underlying Real Estate is the Siri Campus Office Building. SiriHub Tokens will be initially offered in the primary market by XSpring Digital Company Limited, an ICO Portal, and secondary listed on ERX Company Limited, a licensed digital asset exchange by the Ministry of Finance and under the supervision of the Security and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC).

Used to gain power to control affairs and transfer Siripat Four Company Limited shares as assets into the Trust Fund in order to protect the interests of token holders.
