How to set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

You can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for the highest security of your account,

1. Log in to your XSpring Digital account

2. Tap on the 'Setting' icon on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen and you will be directed to the 'Setting' page

3. Choose 'Security' under the Account section and tap '2-Factor Authentication' to start setting up Google Authenticator

4. Download and install Google Authenticator application first

• For iOS devices, download the application from App Store or click here
• For Android devices, download the application from Google Play or click here

5. Open the Google Authenticator app and enter the setup key shown on the 2FA Set up page

6. Enter the 6-digit code from the Google Authenticator app and tap 'Set up'

7. Your 2FA has been successfully set up
