How to change my password?

You can change your password by following these steps:

1. Log in to your XSpring Digital account

2. Tap on the 'Setting' icon on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen and you will be directed to the 'Setting' page

3. Choose 'Security' under the Account section and tap 'Change password'

4. Enter your current password and the new password, and then tap 'Change password' to confirm

   Note: your password must meet the following requirements:

• contain at least 8 characters
• contain at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
• contain at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
• contain at least one number (0-9)
• contain at least one special character (!@#$%^*-_+=)

5. You have successfully reset your password
