How to change email address?

You can change your registered email address by following these steps:

1. Contact customer service requesting to change email address and you will be sent an email with instruction

2. Submit a selfie of yourself holding your ID card or passport and a paper with the following information

• Subject: Change email address
• Old email address
• New email address
• Date of request
• Signature of the account owner

Note: Please ensure that your whole head is visible in the selfie and details of your ID card and the paper are clear and not being blocked

3. After submitting your selfie, you will receive a verification email. Please click the link in the email to verify your new email address within 24 hours.

4. Your email address has successfully been changed
