How to add my bank account?

You will need to add your Thai bank account to be able to deposit/withdraw THB. Before you can add your bank account, you will need to get your KYC verification approved first.

1. Log in to your XSpring Digital account

2. Tap on 'More' icon on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen and you will be directed to 'More page

3. Choose 'Bank account' under Account section and tap 'Add bank account'

4. Enter your bank account information and tap 'Attach book bank scan' to upload the first page of your bank book

• Your bank (Thai bank account only)
• Branch name
• Account name
• Account number

Note:

• The name of the bank account's owner must match the name of your XSpring Digital account
• The image must show your name and your bank account number clearly and the document size must not be over 5 MB

5. Tap 'Submit'. After your bank account information has been reviewed and approved, the status in bank information will change from 'Pending' to 'Verified'.

If your application is rejected, please remove your bank account and add a new bank account.
