Delisting of 15 Digital Assets from XSpring Digital Co., Ltd.
XSpring Digital Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) hereby announces the delisting of 15 digital assets from its digital asset
brokerage services, with the following schedule:
• Trading and Deposit Cessation: Effective from May 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM (GMT+7) onwards.
• Asset Withdrawal: Customers will continue to be able to withdraw the affected digital assets indefinitely (no time limit).

Guidelines for Customers Holding Digital Assets Scheduled for Delisting:
• Warning Symbol: The delisted assets will display a symbol DE (Delist) on their icons ( ) to indicate to investors in possession of delisted assets after May 13, 2026, that services for these assets have been suspended.
• Pending Orders: Any pending orders for the discontinued coins will be canceled, and the THB/assets will be automatically returned to your wallet.
• In case digital assets are insufficient to cover withdrawal fees:
o Before May 13, 2026: Customers are advised to deposit or purchase additional digital assets to ensure sufficient balance to cover the withdrawal fee in order to proceed with the withdrawal.
o After May 13, 2026: Customers are advised to contact our Customer Support team for further assistance. The Company will consider and proceed on a case-by-case basis as appropriate. Please note that additional charges may apply for the withdrawal process.
