•   Official launch of digital asset trading services on XSpring Application.

•   For existing customers: Customers who wish to trade digital assets on the new application must provide consent to transfer their assets information from the old XSpring Digital Application when accessing Digital Portal. You can view the Digital Asset Data transfer instructions here.

•   The Company will discontinue the account opening service via XSpring Digital Application, as well as the availability of XSpring Digital Application for download from Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You may open an account and use services through the XSpring Application instead.

Effective December 16, 2025

•   Automatic asset transfer: If customers do not provide consent to transfer their assets information stored in their XD Wallet on the old application, all assets information will be automatically moved to their XD Wallet in the new XSpring Application.

•   Termination of service: The XSpring Digital Application will officially cease operation, and customers will no longer be able to access it. However, customers may download the new XSpring Application via Apple App Store or Google Play Store , and once logged in, assets information will be displayed in your account.

•    Individual customers can open accounts and use services through the XSpring Application. However, corporate entities and foreign nationals customers will temporarily be unable to use services through the XSpring Application until further notice from the Company.

•    The Company will temporarily suspend digital asset trading services through Company officers until further notice from the Company.
